About Kyle
I was born in Bremerton, Washington and grew up near the base of Hood Canal in a town called Belfair. I've lived in Washington State most of my life outside of a 7 tenure in the Los Angeles area in my early twenties. I began my work in real estate in 2009. Now more than 14 years and well over $200 million in successful transactions later, I can say that I have become an expert in Washington real estate. This is only achieved through repetition, volume, and learnings that have created a depth of experience that not many other brokers can claim they have.
I enjoy the creative and intimate process of listing homes for sale as well as assisting in grinding out value for my buyers. I believe that a 'modern' real estate agent is no longer a sales person but solely a fiduciary and facilitator that should be interested only in client advocacy and mistake prevention while being entirely results driven.
It is my mission to be your advocate and ally with a proven track record of success. I have deep roots in my Washington communities and I am accountable at every step. The buck truly stops with me!
When I'm not with my clients you may find me with family, playing music, hiking, eating baked goods, with a hot beverage, donating time & resources to local causes, or swimming/scuba diving in just about any body of water.
